Choose Your Challenge

Wordfall offers Easy, Medium, and Hard difficulty levels, giving you different challenges to explore.

Start with Easy to get comfortable with the falling words and typing rhythm. Move to Medium when you’re ready for more, or choose Hard to put your skills to the test.

Each difficulty has its own leaderboard, so you can chase a strong score at your favorite level—or challenge yourself across all three.

Speed Counts, but So Does Accuracy

Catching a word is only the beginning of building a great score.

Each successful catch earns 10 points per letter, plus a speed bonus for every full second remaining on the word’s fall timer. Catching words early can make a real difference as your points add up.

At the end of each completed round, you also receive an accuracy bonus based on how many words you caught. A perfect round earns the full 10-point bonus.

That gives you two goals to balance: type quickly enough to collect extra points, and consistently enough to finish the round strong.

Take a Breath Between Rounds

When you complete a round, Wordfall pauses to show your results. Check your score, review your bonuses, and decide whether to continue or finish your run.

Choose to continue and the pace increases.

Those short breaks give you a moment to reset before the next challenge. You might feel ready for several more rounds—or realize that beating your best will take just one more focused effort.

Make Your Mark on the Leaderboard

Wordfall gives you more than one score to chase.

Guests can play and keep a personal best in their browser. Signed-in players can compete on the shared Easy, Medium, and Hard top-10 leaderboards, with completed-run scores submitted automatically.

There’s also an Overall top 10, which combines your best scores from all three difficulty levels. A strong performance on Hard is worth celebrating, but playing well across every level can help you climb the overall rankings.
